well i know that you said you won't straighten it...but you could try this.....my friend has hair like urs only she got side bangs and she straightens them and leaves the rest of her hair curly. it's actually super cute! and it looks emoish. you should really consider it even tho you won't straighten your hair. it's not your whole head...just your bangs which isn't too bad.

umm... i went through the same stage. but i straightened my hair. it seems kinda impossible. just get like bangs that swoop over ur eye...i dont think u should cut it cuz it would probly just poof out and havin it long u would have to straighten it to make it look emoish...hmmm

Why are you refusing to straighten your hair? If your hair is not straight, it's not really going to look emo. If you want to rock that style you should commit to it 100%! I even have a male friend who invested in a Chi flat iron to perfect his emo hair. But I suppose you could get your curly hair layered so it will fall smoother and use pomades, gels, or mousse to flatten your hair out...I don't know...good luck!
